How to Make a Complaint

A tree removal provider working safely beside a home in Middletown

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Channelstandard Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Channelstandard Tree Service went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider. Keep a written record as you go.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps us keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know this, though: Channelstandard Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

Send Us Your Complaint

Email contact@channelstandard.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help.
